A fee of £300 is taken prior to the initial consultation appointment for  a new patient. This is a 20 minute appointment covering a patient's medical background and surgery requirements.   Proctoscopy (examination of the anal canal with a small camera) can be undertaken during the same consultation as well as minor treatments. Additional fees will apply as necessary.
